1. Who we are
The Coded Astrologer Hiteshh operates DarkPulse CosmicMatrix (website and Android app). Contact: hiteshn72@gmail.com · WhatsApp +91 97267 29919.
2. What we collect
When you generate a Kundli and tick the consent checkbox, we may store: full name, date and time of birth, place of birth, gender, coordinates, and derived chart data (Lagna, Nakshatra). Without consent, data stays on your device only (browser local storage).
3. Why we use it
To generate your Vedic birth chart, improve our service, and allow The Coded Astrologer to review your chart for consultation or premium report requests you initiate.
4. Who can see it
You can see your saved profiles on your device. Cloud copies (with consent) are visible only to the site owner (The Coded Astrologer) via a secure admin panel — not to other users or the public.
5. Legal basis & consent
We process personal data based on your explicit consent (India Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). The consent checkbox is optional — you may use the chart engine without cloud storage.
6. Your rights
You may request deletion of your cloud-stored data using the "Delete my cloud-stored data" button on the Kundli page, or email hiteshn72@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Security & retention
Data is stored on Google Firebase (encrypted in transit). We retain consent-based submissions while relevant for astrology services, then delete on request or when no longer needed.
8. No sale of data
We do not sell or rent your birth details to third parties.
